INFORMATION
pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”)

Dear Sir/Madam,
pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR, we inform you that 2 EFFE ENGINEERING S.r.l. (hereinafter also the “Company”) as Data Controller, will process – for the purposes and methods indicated below – the personal data provided by you by filling out the form on the Company’s website and sending your CV.
In particular, 2 EFFE ENGINEERING S.r.l. will process the following personal data:
A) Personal data (name, surname, date of birth, gender, marital status, nationality)
B) Residence
C) Email and telephone contacts
D) Work experience and desired roles
E) Curricular data
F) Curriculum vitae

1. Legal basis and purpose of processing
   The aforementioned processing is based on your request for evaluation of your CV, and is aimed at managing the personnel selection process.
2. Processing methods
   The processing of your personal data is carried out, also with the aid of electronic means, by means of the operations indicated in art. 4 of the Code and art. 4 n. 2) GDPR and specifically: the processing of personal data may consist of the collection, recording, organization, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data.
3. Mandatory provision
   The provision of data is mandatory to achieve the purposes listed above. Any refusal to provide the above data will make it impossible for 2 EFFE ENGINEERING S.r.l. to evaluate your application.
4. Scope of data communication
   1. 4.1. Your data may be communicated, or may be made known to, specifically appointed personnel of 2 EFFE ENGINEERING S.r.l. as persons in charge, as well as to the companies that manage the server where your data reside, as Data Processors.
   2. 4.2. The personal data you provide will not be disclosed
5. Transfer of data abroad
   1. 5.1. Personal data is stored on servers located in Italy. In any case, it is understood that the Data Controller, if necessary, will have the right to move the servers even outside the EU. In this case, the Data Controller hereby ensures that the transfer of data outside the EU will take place in compliance with the applicable legal provisions and in particular those referred to in Title V of the GDPR.
   2. 5.2. Except for the cases referred to in point 5.1., your data will not be transferred outside the EU.
6. Data retention period
   Your data will be retained for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were acquired and in any case no longer than 3 years. The verification of the obsolescence of the data being processed with respect to the purposes for which they were collected and processed is carried out periodically.

8. Rights of the interested party
   At any time you can know the data that concerns you, know how they were acquired, verify whether they are accurate, complete, updated and well-kept, ask for their rectification or cancellation pursuant to articles 16 and 17 GDPR. Pursuant to art. 21 GDPR, you will have the right to object in whole or in part to the processing of data for reasons related to your particular situation; if the data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you will have the right to object at any time to the related processing for this purpose. These rights can be exercised through a specific request to be addressed by registered letter – or certified email – to the Data Controller. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data.
